For the treatment of psoriasis. This coal tar distillate contains an equivalent of 5% coal tar in a liquid base. Used as a droplet applied directly to the scalp for severe conditions such as psoriasis, it can help reduce the turnover of skin cells that leads to thick dandruff flakes.
